Sixth Committee Meeting

A Meeting of the Committee was held in the School Room on Saturday July 26th 1879.

Present.            Rev^d G R Thornton ch man.

Rev^d R Rutland,   Rev^d C J Marshall,  Mess^rs G Gripper, J N Troughton, R Sweetman   &   G E Palmer.

Resolved that M^r Ekins’ tender be accepted, & that the specifications be sent to M^r White for correction before being signed.

Also resolved that the windows be glazed.

Seventh Committee Meeting

A Meeting of the Committee was held in the Church on Monday Oct 20th 1879.

Present.            Miss C Gosselin

Rev^d G R Thornton,  Rev^d R Rutland, Rev^d C J Marshall,  Mess^rs G Gripper & G E Palmer.

M^r Ekins attended.

After inspecting the works in progress at the Church, the Committee adjourned to the School Room.

A sub-committee consisting of the Rev^d G R Thornton & J E Palmer was appointed to confer with M^r Ekins with regard to the alterations to the eaves of the bell cote, also as to the ceiling underneath.

It was resolved that the vestry be pulled down.
